CLIO provides time tracking, project management, and invoicing for professional-services teams. By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace administrators control membership, roles, and the organization's sign-in policy (including Google/Microsoft single sign-on). You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You may not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other workspaces' data, no reselling of the service without our written consent, and no use that disrupts the platform for others.
You own the content your team creates in CLIO. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display it in order to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the data you put into the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the pricing presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice effective from your next billing cycle.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and will use reasonable efforts to announce planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Upon closure we handle your data per the Privacy Policy's retention terms, including a reasonable export window.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to workspace administrators in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan.
